Schliersee Alpentriathlon
Sweat.Joy.Tears.
What does it take for an event to reach cult status? A long tradition? Unique surroundings? A challenging route? Top-class participants? Smooth organisation? The Schliersee Alpentriathlon offers all of that – and much more.
Our heart beats for sports. So when it came to our own event, we sought one that embodies the ultimate sporting spirit. And we succeeded: Since more than 30 years, professionals and recreational athletes in the Alpentriathlon over the Olympic distance have been competing for the hundredth of a second – or just to finish. Highlights of the day are the bicycle climb to the Spitzingsattel, the dreamlike setting and Kaiserschmarrn at the finish.
From 2016 to 2018 we had the pleasure of organizing the Schliersee Triathlon with a continuous increase in registrations. The event took four days including setup and take-down. In addition to the Pasta Party which included the race briefing, the supporting program also included an Expo Area. Some of the most prominent starters were: Lothar Leder, Daniel Unger, Faris Al-Sultan and Michael Raelert
