- 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Team leadership skills & ability to work in a team
- Confident interaction with renowned customers
- Confidence in presentations and good communication skills
- Independent, structured approach to work, high level of commitment and flexibility
- Class B driver’s license (car)
- Affinity for sports
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Conception, development, planning, management, implementation, and follow-up of events (sports events, incentives, roadshows, trade fairs, corporate events, etc.)
- Team leadership
- Targeted search for and approach of partners and sponsors
- Competent customer support
- Creation of presentations and concepts, coordination and purchasing of external service providers
- Development of project and process plans
- Budget responsibility
