This year we are especially pleased that our in-house event – Munich E BIKE DAYS epowered by BOSCH – again broke the records for visitors and exhibitors in its 3rd year. During the event held from 25th to 27th May 2018 in the Olympiapark the enthusiasm for E BIKES as THE means of transport in the future could be felt up close. The exhibitors also agree: it was a great atmosphere!

We could count 70,000 visitors and over 120 exhibitors on the three days of the event. Thus we were well above last year’s figures.

The exhibitors’ 800 test e-bikes, from city-bikes and mountain bikes to cargo bikes and folding bikes, were in continuous use. Three test tracks through the Olympic Park, especially provided for this purpose, offered the perfect opportunity to experience each model on suitable terrain. The riding technique and safety workshops were also fully booked. And the Isar Radl Rally powered by Scott, in which teams of two navigated through Munich, showed that the e-bike is the no. 1 means of transport in the city. In addition to the exhibitors there were other highlights to discover at EXPO AREA: a pump track, the eBike ABS test area from BOSCH and a Bike Wash Station from TUNAP SPORTS. At the BIKESITTER powered by ABUS bicycle parking facility visitors were able leave their bikes and stroll through the event without worry.

There was also a dense crowd at the action stage, where Uli Florl from Radio Arabella moderated exciting expert presentations and workshops on all aspects of e-biking.

We have already received the first exhibitor inquiries for 2019 – and we are already right in the middle of planning.

We are pleased that we can come back to the Olympiapark next year. From 24 to 26 May 2019, we will again be offering all exhibitors, partners and interested visitors THE forum for testing, getting acquainted with, and exchanging information on the subject of E BIKE.
